The Frequency Reading
Send me photos of your home. I’ll tell you what it’s doing to your body — whether it’s raising your frequency or draining it — and exactly what to shift.
You already know which room works against you.
There’s a space you move through every day that does something to you — settles your shoulders or braces them, lengthens your breath or cuts it short. You’ve probably learned to override the feeling and call it normal. The room you never quite relax in. The corner that tugs at you every time you pass it. The space that photographs fine and still feels off to stand in.
Most people blame themselves for it — that they need to be tidier, buy the right thing, finally get around to it. It isn’t a discipline problem, and it isn’t about taste. The space is speaking to your body in a language you were never taught to read.
That’s true whether you live in the space or other people walk into it. A body responds to a room before the mind has an opinion about it.
